A property investor herself, Ana understands the desires of both sellers and buyers. Her professional and personal experience in real estate gives her a more focused view of the market, and a holistic understanding of owner and investor needs.
Ana has been appointed as a key sales consultant for Development WA’s OneOneFive Hamilton project. The project is an ambitious, eco-friendly 239 lot residential development. Ana ensures purchasers have all the information they need to make well informed buying decisions. Her unique and trusted expertise is the perfect fit for this project, and to ensure the continuation of Development WA’s relationship with DGRE as agency partner.
A comprehensive understanding of both residential developments and property sales is unique among agents. Ana's negotiation skills, which she has utilised to achieve outstanding outcomes for many DGRE clients, are exceptional. Ana has also assisted in many multicultural negotiations, being Latin-American and fluent in Spanish. Ana has a deep love of the coastal lifestyle and focuses her services on Fremantle and the surrounding areas.
