Chanya Haddon

Chanya brings a strong foundation in customer service and a decade working in childcare (including time in management) to her role as property manager. Her passion for helping others and creating positive experiences is evident in her approach to managing her portfolio.

Described by colleagues as fun, kind, and caring, Chanya is known for her friendly, reliable service and her ability to build genuine connections with landlords and tenants alike.

Based close to Freo, Chanya loves making the most of everything on offer, especially the markets, food stalls, and local restaurants. As a big foodie, Chanya loves to spend weekends exploring the Fremantle Markets for fresh fruit and delicious treats, as well as trying out new restaurants.

Chanya loves spending time in nature, especially walking along the beautiful local beaches—South Beach, Port Beach, and her personal favourite, Leighton Beach. 

A passionate home cook and baker, Chanya finds joy in preparing meals for her loved ones—a reflection of the warmth and care she brings to both her personal life and professional work.
