Over a decade working in Fremantle’s leading agencies has given Kat a real understanding of the diverse neighbourhoods in and around the port city. She combines that professional expertise with an intuitive understanding of people – listening to what you need, thinking hard about what will work for you, and making it happen. As a thorough detail person, she loves pulling together all the elements to tell the unique story of each property so it shines when it goes to market.

Kat's earlier career in managing high-turnover businesses means she has excellent financial skills, and experience in running her own rural company also gives her an affinity with country people looking to buy in the city. A senior crew volunteer for Fremantle Marine Rescue, Kat is often on the river and out in the ocean, making the most of life as a North Freo local.
